wp.me shortlink?

I’ve been reading that wordpress is supposed to provide a short link that’s a wp.me address however mine still show my blog name. It is a much shorter URL use but I’d like to use the wp.me ones. I have the most up to date wp version. I don’t find a plugin in for it. In fact what I’ve been reading indicates all wordpress blogs are supposed to have those short links available.

Here’s an example:

How do I get access to the wp.me shortlinks?
