the only time i see popup, is if i do visibility rule only for /en and /he but then i get to see only english
do you want to enter the server and find out your BUG?
any update please?
Hi @saveatrain,
I have checked your latest exports and there shouldn’t be need to use the last rule for only the specific URL.
I have tested it without those and it works fine on my end, you can see how the rules look in my setup and how it behaves there:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/8orhu2pktoapsyy/FwQ3dNFU9z.gif?dl=0So it seems that there’s something specific on your installation that is causing the rules to misbehave.
Can you please run a conflict test by disabling all plugins except for Hustle and WPML, switch to default WP theme and see if it works fine after that?
If it does, enable them back one by one until the issue is back and that should tell us where the conflict is coming from.Cheers,
Predragcan you send me your latest files please (the ones in the video) so I will try to import them on my end?
i can’t deactivate 60 plugins unfortunately, but I do offer you to enter our website backend so you can examine if you would like
Hi @saveatrain,
I just removed the last condition in both forms and change the URL to use my test site, other than that everything else was as it was before.
You can get the exports from here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/wepfzbrf7u43vt8/popups.zip?dl=0Cheers,
Predragi uploaded your files, override the visibility and now the popups don’t load on exit
here are my files
tell me whats wrong this time, and AGAIN i invite you to the backend so you can look for yourselfmaybe because my pages are woocommerce?
Hi @saveatrain
Thanks for response!
I’ve downloaded your export and checked it. Currently you got it set correctly for all pages and posts and that should also mean it should work on basic (most “parent” so to say, like the main /shop page – as it’s a regular page).
But you are right – if it’s about WooCommerce you need to use additional WooCommerce conditions.
There’s a set of separate conditions (when you click “Add condition” you can switch to “WooCommerce” at the top) per each “WooCommerce type”. So for example, to show popup on single WooCommerce products you need to add yet another conditions group like the two you already have and add two conditions to it:
– first one, the very same as to all other groups (Specific URL – Only these URLs)
– second one from “WooCommerce” conditions – for products it would be “Products” – “All products”Then for e.g. categories listings you would again add another conditions group like this but instead of adding “Products” as second condition, you’d select “WooCommerce Categories”, and so on.
Note: you cannot add all the Woocommerce conditions in a single conditions group in this conflicting.
I’ve attached example here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cIax9GM7EPFpALI90bYrEEyDdoGuj1xl/view?usp=sharing
It’s your “English” popup that I just imported, modified to also show on single WooCommerce products.
