    Full, I need to it to work in German and English at the moment on the front end site for the customer

    ProfilePress works and is compatible with WPML. For example you can create two versions of your login and registration forms with one of them translated to german.

    I will advice you try out our plugin and if you run into any incompatibly, let us know.
