The LMS plugin support strings translation by default. You need to make sure that you are configuring strings translation in the WPML plugin properly. Some detailed instructions can be found > [here]

yes I do all that and I upload more than po files like theme po and po for pro plugin and all ok only this (masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-ar.po) have a problem ,,

I wanted to leave a reminder of a main cause of the problem here, the translation issue with WPML was caused by wrong variable translation, and it was resolved by checking the translation files and fixing the incorrect string.
