Hi how can I get WPML integration working to show form and testimonials in Hebrew when user is browsing the Hebrew side of the site?

Hi Benny,

The form phrases can be translated on the WPML String Translation screen, in the Testimonial Form Fields and Testimonial Form Messages domains.

You will have to translate each testimonial in the post editor.
