Unfortunately the way that the WPML plug-in works is that it creates different taxonomies based on language and for the time being each language will have its own folders – although we’re working hard on changing this dependency!
Please let me know if this is what you’re looking for and if you’d like us to inform you once the behaviour change is implemented?

Thanks a lot for you kind and helpful answer.
So, as fas as I understood you, the only problem with WPML would be that the folders we create in one language would not replicate in the others (this is something not very annoying for us, as we work always with the same “main” language and just translate it to the others).
I mean, that there are no other conflicts betwwen Folders app and WPML app, right? (our website will not get broken, the translation will appear as always, no url’s will change, etc)

Yes, apart from each language having their own folders, the plug-ins don’t face any incompatibilities!
