Hi @kenteush29,
It’s highly unlikely for two different sites with separate tracking tags to display identical or mixed data unless there’s an error in the tag setup. I recommend consulting a Google Analytics expert or a WordPress developer to review your configuration. If the issue persists, please reach out to Google Support, as they are best equipped to assist in this matter.
Let me write you one more time about the situation:
Setup: 1x wordpress installation with woocommerce, website translated with wpml using different domains. So, it’s the same google tag used in the settings for all domain. Remember: it’s only 1x wordpress installation. So only 1x setup of “Google Analytics for WooCommerce”. Aditionnaly, google analytics is setup this way: 1x account > 1x proprety per domain/language. So it’s maybe 5 to 10 propreties in my store analytics account.
Problem: each different propreties in google analytics record the data of each other domains.
Question: How to get separated data for each propreties? Since your plugin doesn’t offer the placement of different analytics tags depending on wpml languages (0 compatibility efforts between plugins).
Sorry but Google Support, or Google Analytics expert or a WordPress developer have nothing to do here. You didn’t understand the question at all
Hi @kenteush29,
The explanation is still unclear. If your website was translated using WPML and you have only one WordPress installation, it is not possible to use multiple property tags for the same site. Even if you try, they will all display the same data since they are all linked to the same site, which seems to be the issue here.
However, if you have separate WordPress installations with different domains pointing to different languages, it would be possible to use a unique tag for each installation. But since you’re working with one installation, what you’re trying to do isn’t feasible.
