    Hello,

    I need help with a critical WPML issue.
    The WPML admin pages throw a critical error and the Multicurrency module cannot be activated. WooCommerce products also disappear from the product list depending on the language.

    Here are the key facts:

    • On January 21, everything still worked normally.
      I could open all WPML admin pages without errors.
    • The earliest database backup available from my hosting provider already contains the same critical error.
      This means the WPML database corruption happened sometime after January 21, but before the oldest available backup.
    • I tested multiple backups locally in LocalWP.
      All of them show the same WPML critical error, so the issue is not related to the server, Cloudflare, or recent updates.
    • The error appears immediately when opening the WPML main menu or when trying to activate the Multicurrency module.

    Because the issue exists even in older backups, it seems that one or more WPML database tables or records are corrupted.

    Could you please check:

    1. Which WPML tables or records are damaged
    2. Whether the WPML configuration can be rebuilt or repaired
    3. If you can provide SQL fixes or a repair script for the corrupted tables

    You can visit “WPML > Support > Troubleshooting”, where you’ll find an option to repair the WPML table collation as it might help resolve some database-related issues.

    However, given that it could be a database corruption, I would recommend opening a support ticket on our support forum.
