    Hi,

I do not have any development background and Am using Zerif lite but got below questions:

    1. I fill in my desired contents using the theme’s customizer then clicked ‘save and publish’. However am confused where I can find the pages with my contents under the wp-admin module?

    2. Have got the WPML plugin but I cannot find any Sidebar at all on the theme (except the customizer) and hence I do not know where to put my WPML. when I checked I do have the sidebar.php in my theme file but the sidevar is just not showing when I customise the theme. How can I solve this?

    Thanks,

  • Hi Ting,

To put content in the front-page, navigate to Appearance > Widgets area. And make sure that you’re NOT USING a static-page as your front-page.

And the sidebar only appears on archive/blog pages, so you can add the widget to any other section, such as Our Focus. Or you can also use, if they offer, a floating widget. 🙂

    Hello,

but with the Zerif theme(s) it seems not possible to have the Customizer-Content managed by the WPML Plugin, this is a bit weird if you are going to make the homepage and you want it in different languages..

Such a customization should go for a Page Template.. :/

    Cheers,
    Simon

    Hi Simon,

WPML allows you to translate widgets, I believe. I have never used WPML so I don’t know how but I have seen a lot of website with Zerif theme who uses this plugin to translate the plugin to multiple languages, so it’s possible. 🙂

    Regards,
    Hardeep
