Regarding CSV generation, you can export form entries in CSV format by clicking the “Export CSV” link in the entries section. Please have a look at this screenshot http://prnt.sc/qr2r0g
And regarding the CSV to attach in email, it is not possible to do so. However, you can send and get PDF attachments of individual submissions when a user submits a form. I mean that I see no way to control how the CSV is compiled.
There is a way to access the CSV without logging in WordPress, so that some external automated service could reach it?
