As for WPML, we don’t have an extension for it yet, but we have a featured request open for our developers to consider.

actually i would like to have the client portal and emails / quotes / invoices in german and french too (for international clients) but not sure how to do that ?

Currently we rely on the WordPress settings. Since a WordPress site can only be set to one language, and ZBS CRM uses the WordPress setting, ZBS CRM is limited in the same way.
That said, multi-language email templates, quotes, and invoices does sound like a feature request we could consider. I’ve gone ahead and let the developers know. In the meantime, you’re welcome to review our process for feature requests here:
