Are there any recommendations to prevent WPMU Defender from blocking temporary access via a URL? It is currently blocking it with a “You don’t have permission to access this page”. WPMU says we could add the User Agent the plugin uses to the whitelist but since it is a URL based login the user agent is going to be the browser so this doesn’t help.

    Hi @pegweb,

Apologies for the delay in responding to your query.

Could you please check if the Defender plugin has a specific setting that allows login requests when the URL contains certain parameters? Additionally, could you confirm if the plugin permits login when the temporary login URL doesn’t include the wp-admin part?

For your convenience, I’ve attached a screenshot to help you review the settings.

    Looking forward to your response.

Since this was almost 4 months ago I am sure we already found a different solution for this problem and moved on. I don’t even remember what website this was for at this point.
