    Hi we have several sites that have a cron job called wpo_ips_semaphore_lock_cleanup

    Is this something to do with WP-Optimize?

    The sites no longer have the plugin installed. Can I delete this scheduled action?

    That is indeed a scheduled WPO cleanup task. Since you have deleted the plugin, feel free to delete the task.
