It looks like the issue may be caused by the server-side caching system in place. The server your website is hosted on is running nginx cache. Please contact your web hosting company and ask if they can configure nginx cache to either ignore the user agents below, or to cache separately for them. Doing so should help resolve the issue. Another way would be to disable nginx cache, and only rely on a plugin like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache for example.

maybe u have instruction where to put in wp rocket
This is what the server support wrote me
“We cannot configure nginx cache on the server, however we can turnoff the cache”
so this is what we have done
do you think it’s enough?

Yes, exactly. That should be sufficient to resolve the issue. You can then install a WordPress cache plugin like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache to help increase performance, now that nginx cache is disabled.

But stiil the problem wasn’t resolve
I still can’t see the correct mobile view
I didn’t install WP super Cashe or We total cash
but i have WP Fastest cash installed from the past
Do yu think that removeing wptouch plugin and installing again should solve the problem?

I have the same issue my mobile plugin WPtouch Mobile Plugin suddenly stop to work… And I don’t see the solution in those posts yet.

The solution that i found was to remove WPtouch Mobile Plugin
and to install the paid WPtouch Pro plugin
it is much better plugin
and it works perfect

I would like to use free plugin.
If no free plugin that work available, it should be disclose as such.
So far I could not believe that free working option is not available…so WPtouch Mobile Plugin doesn’t work.
Is this plugin would be fixed or what is the another free version available?
