• I’m sure you know well, most developers work in odd hours including weekends and late night. When we hit a problem, the sooner we got an answer the better as we don’t have the luxury of waiting for a couple days to solve a problem. I sent in a support ticket to BRAVENEWCODE as a paying customer and got an email response:

    “Our support team respond to tickets Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm EST and will be reviewing and responding to your ticket as soon as possible within that time.”

    M-F 9a-5p office hours? Nice to be working like bankers. If you are to serve a world wide market of thousands of customers, I suggest to widen the support hours because not every customer lives in your time zone and works within banking hours.
