I have updated https://www.janewilmer.com/wpum-registration-email-editor-error/ with the screen shot. There are errors yet I do not have a clue where to start debugging!
Have you got a plugin called Catapult Cookie or similar? That seems to be causing the issue and interfering? If so, can you temporarily disable to test that allows you to edit the email successfully.
It looks like the Catapult Cookie plugin is loading (with an error) in the WP dashboard, when it is likely only needed on the frontend.

I have disabled the cookie plugin, however I am still not able to edit the email and the other error is still there.

This is due to a JavaScript issue with the Kadence theme – working with them to fix
This issue was kindly fixed by the Kadence theme team in v0.9.2 of the Kadence theme π
