WPUM Default registration form is empty

    Hi @pierrelouiscons

    Sorry to hear you had an issue. The installation process should have created the form with the email address field on the form automatically. I’ll investigate that further.

    But to get you fixed up, if you navigate to Users > Registration Forms > Then customize the default form, you should be able to drag the email address field from the right panel of fields to the left panel of the form.

    Thank you, unfortunately it is still not working. The default registration form is missing and I am not allowed to add one.

    Is there a way to reset the default form? Or is the registration form limited to paid features?

    It looks like the installation process has got messed up somehow. If you haven’t configured much yet you can deactivate and delete the plugin and reinstall to see if that fixes things.
