    Hi Senol,

I’m experiencing an inconsistent behavior in version 2.3.30 with the “Write” module.

Sometimes it loads my custom template that I created and used previously, and other times it defaults back to the “Default” template.

I attempted to work around this by deleting my custom template and modifying the “Default” template instead, but the system won’t allow me to edit or delete the default campaign.

    Could you help me understand:

    1. What determines which template loads when visiting the Write module?

    2. Is there a way to set a preferred default template?

    3. Why can’t the Default template be modified or deleted, especially if we have created at least one more template?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello @onlineventures

You’re absolutely right about your observations, and this has been on my list for a while. I’ve just fixed it.

With the new update (v2.3.31), administrators can now edit, rename, or delete the Default Template. You can also view and manage templates created by other users. On top of that, the plugin will now remember your last-used template and auto-load it during your next visit in the same browser session, so you won’t need to reselect it manually.

Here is the related changelog for your reference:

    = 2.3.31 =

New Feature: Embed Anywhere. You can now embed your chatbots on any external, non-WP website using a simple HTML snippet. https://docs.aipower.org/docs/chat#embed-anywhere-external-sites

Fixed: Fixed an issue where chatbot assets failed to load when the shortcode was placed inside a modal or other dynamically loaded content.
Improved: The Default Template in Content Writer is now fully editable. Admins can view, edit, rename, and delete all templates. Your last-used template is now auto-loaded during the same browser session.
