We had a blog on WordPress.com which we moved to a self-hosted version of WordPress. We used the JetPack plugin to connect the site to the WordPress.com account. There are 2 WordPress users – my account and the blogger’s account. The blogger likes to post using the WordPress.com ipad app. The problem is that when the blogger makes a post, it shows that I am the author even though he doesn’t have my login. I’m wondering if it’s because I setup the Jetpack connection. Is there a setting in Jetpack I need to change so that he shows up as the author? If not, is there a way to remove the author from the email that is sent to the WordPress.com subscribers we migrated to the new site? Author info has already been removed from display on the website.

    Hi @dddean

This definitely doesn’t sound like expected behavior.

Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form.
