Wrong character (encoding) on CSV import

    I have prepared CSV file which successfully imports 100 questions with answers etc, but some of polish characters are being replaced with chinese.
    The file is saved in UTF8 encoding, I tried others but it is only getting worse, so I suppose it should stay as UTF8
    For example:
    Instead of “są” in the answer, the imported phrase is “sﾄ”
    Instead of “jesteśmy” the plugin imports “jesteﾅ嬶y”

    Please help me with that.
