Hi @og-s,
Please go to WooCommerce > Status > System Status, click on Get system report, then click on Download for support, attach the file on https://www.file.io/, and finally paste the download link in a reply here (the file will be deleted after the first download).

Problem also occur:
– with default theme (twenty twenty for exemple )
– with default PDF Invoice templates (custom template desactivated)
– with old PDF invoice pro desactivated
Thanks for sharing your system report, @og-s:
You are indeed using a very old version of Professional extension: You have 2.9.1 (July 29th, 2021), but the latest is 2.14.6 (September 5th, 2023).
My recommendation is to update to the latest version to rule out any issue related with this extension.
That said, Unless you are talking about the Order Notification, which is indeed a WC email added by the Professional extension, we do not interfere the WooCommerce emails, beyond of attaching the PDF documents, when you have selected any of them within the Attach to setting.

Thank you ,
But as I wrote to you earlier, I’m having the same problem when deactivating the “Pro” plugin (with only the free extension activated), and also when activating a standard theme (which also means no changes have been made to the templates).
Thanks for providing more details, @og-s:
Could you please share a screenshot from a generated PDF invoice, so I can try to understand what is happening?
Hi @og-s,
Since we haven’t heard back from you in the last two weeks, we’re assuming you solved this issue, so I’ll go ahead and mark this ticket as Resolved.
