Wrong cost charged

    Clients charged with a fixed amount to 20.95 shipping cost while there is a different cost based on the weight rule.
    I used debug mode and although I access the website from Italy and add italian address Customer matched zone is “Finland”. I remove Finland but nothing changed.
    What causes this issue?

    Hi, I just solved the issue. The problem caused because in General shipping zones I removed Finland and in flexshiping I kept it. Now everything works fine. Thanks fo your responce.
