Wrong Count and Refresh Issue

    For the past several months the comment count in the orange circle has been 5, no matter if I have 47 comments or 0. And every time I reply to a comment, the comment turns red and I need to refresh the page to then reply to another one. I waited, hoping you would get this fixed, but it is still happening even in the 7+ updates. Can you please fix this?

    Please, never ever offer or ask for admin access in this forum. But already on the public pages of a site can a skilled visitor find lots of clues. For the rest we’ve got conversations in here that may help find the right way, discussing what to do, where to look, etc.

    What in the world are you talking about? I am not stupid. I would never ever share login info here. Notice that I did not offer to do that, but simply stated that I could share that with them meaning that we can take this conversation to their website support portal. And there would be no way to see this issue without being logged in, so again, I’m not that stupid.

    I’ll wait for the replay from the plugin support.
