Hi!
I saw a similar post. But I have a different issues.

http://postimg.org/image/6v22hcta7/ – of course options is wrong – there is no one currency in the first tab! I do not know how you deleted it but without currencies the plugin doesn works …

p.s. – 2,3 and 4th screen is not the WOOCS plugin screens

I chose the US dollar as default currency, but after installing WCCS, i see the screen in WOOCS main tab:

I read an article. Maybe there’s another way to resolve the problem? I do not have access to php.ini. My hoster is not allow to edit it.
