Hello,
Looks like something is conflicting with our datepicker and set a wrong date format in our date fields.
1-What version of the plugin are you using?
2-Are you using Advanced Custom Fields plugin?Hello,
1) the last version
2) no, https://cl.ly/d78302955295please help me today, your live chat doesn’t function on your website
Oh ok. But I have a pending chat with you and the last reply sent was 7 hours ago. But we can continue here if you want.
Can you disable all plugins except woocommerce and ours? Then you should see this datepicker when you try to input a date: http://prntscr.com/n4l950. Once that first step is confirmed, you can start reenabling the previously disabled plugins one by one and check right after each activation if the datepicker changes (after refreshing the discount page). If it does, then i’ll need the last plugin enabled that triggers the conflict.
Hi, you have my credentials of wordpress, ftp credentials, and after you try to resolve my e-commerce, now the website doesn’t function! And now? I lose money when the website doesn’t function, please fix the problem today, is very important, thanks.
What are you talking about? There is only one ticket pending from you and there are no credentials on it
I’m not sure who you gave your credentials to but it’s definitively not us. And if I recall, i’ve never asked for credentials here or on our support system.

Hello,
I was not able to find any previous conversation because of the different customer names.Regarding the issue, it appeared that you’been hacked while Emmanuel started working. That’s a big coincidence I know but here is a screenshot of the code that Emmanuel found http://prntscr.com/n4qo0r including in the wp-config sample file. He cleaned that up and made sure the site is back online.
I’m really sorry about this experience with us but this issue was not caused by us. You can also look ask your hosting company the list of the files edited by the credentials we used and you’ll see that we only edited our plugin files first and then we fixed the hack by cleaning some files.
I also strongly suggest that you run a full scan of your site and install security plugins to limit hacks in the future.
beyond the redirect, after your colleague got his hands on the site (he himself wrote that he made a big mistake, please look all my previous images) the site stopped working, look at the images and not the redirect and you’ll see that the site didn’t work anymore! we take our responsibilities!
