If the issue persists even after changing the mailer, please provide the following information to help us identify any potential issues on your site:
- The WordPress version you’re currently using.
- Your WP Mail SMTP version and WooCommerce version.
- List of any other WooCommerce plugins or add-ons you’re using.
- Your PHP version and MySQL database version running on your server.
