wrong email confirmation being sent

    i have several appointment hour booking calendars. eacch has its own unique confirmation email message. they are getting all mixxed up! People that book a time to pick up their order are getting the confirmation email for the time to come shop. People booking a time to come shop are getting the confirmation order for people who schedule a phone consultation. It is completely random and totally confusing all my clients. please help
