Wrong field displayed on comment form

    Hi,

    I already use this pluggin on a website, and everything works fine. I made the exactly same configuration on a new one (same version too, the latest), but it doesn’t work like I want.

    Indeed, I try to add the advanced subcription field, but instead of that, it’s the message for the author which is displayed on the comment form, even if I’m disconnected.

    Can you help me, please ?

    Hi Julie,

    Do you use a caching plugin? If you do, make sure to disable caching for logged in users.

    Thanks for your answer.

    I’m not using any caching plugin. I’ve already tried to disable all my plugins exept StCR and the result is exactly the same… The problem appears in private navigation too, even with different browser.

    The plugin is active on my local environment only, the website is in production but whithout StCR. Is that ok for you ? Where can I send you the URL in private ?

    Hi @wonderfullie

    Was hoping the issue is visible online.

    Can you try the following on your local install.

    1) Try switching to a different theme, check if the issue is still there. This is to see if there’s a conflict with the theme.

    2) If the issue is still there, try disabling all plugins except for StCR. Check if the issue is there. If it is, enable the plugins one by one until the issue shows up. Once it does, let me know which plugin it was.

    If the issue is there with a different theme and all plugin disabled then let me know and we’ll figure out how to proceed.
