I have updated the product image on this page https://knotted.co.in/product/black-shadow-trousers/. However, in the single product view, the first picture displayed is the old one, while the thumbnail on the left is the new one. When clicking on the image, the lightbox shows the correct, updated picture.

I’ve tried clearing WooCommerce transients, template cache, and regenerating thumbnails, but the issue still persists.

I’m encountering the same issue with another products which I’ve updated the product image.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @deepudas,

Thank you for reaching out and providing a detailed description of the issue you’re facing. I’ve tested your website and the product page you mentioned (https://knotted.co.in/product/black-shadow-trousers/), but everything seems to be working properly on my end. Here’s a screencast of my results.

However, I understand that the issue persists on your end. This could be due to cached data in your browser. Could you please try clearing your browser cache? If the issue still persists, could you try testing it on a different browser or device?

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it would be helpful if you could provide more information. Are there any specific steps you’re following when updating the product image? Also, could you let us know if you’re using any specific plugins for image handling?

Looking forward to your response so we can further assist you.
