Ok, I will differentiate the name again for category vs gallery. See if this help. which is I doubt.. but I give it try… 🙂
Just for testing purposes you can create for example Carpets is the Gallery and thick is the category.
Then assign 1 image to the category and the same image to the gallery.
This will prove if the plugin is working or not. But remember only 1 image.

Hi, it seem to be working, maybe you right I have mixed the category name and the gallery name, somehow? 🙂 will keep going as it seem to be working.
The only change that I have right now :
for cat : KXXC
for gal : KXXG
