wrong icons in the menu

    Hi there!

    After the installation of W3 Total cache I am having an issue with the mobile menu.

    The mobile menu, only sometimes and randomly, displays two smiles in stead of the phone and email icons. Since this happens randomly I believe that there might be something wrong with the cache.
    How can I fix this problem

    Could this be caused by the fact that I enabled the minify option? In this case can I just disable it from the settings page?

    Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
    I’ve checked your website on mobile, both on android and iPhone and I am not seeing the issue you are referring to.
    Both icons are loading as expected and I’ve reloaded the page numerous times.
    Please let me know the next time the issue occurs so I can check this.

    Hi Marko,

    thank you for your reply.
    Unfortunately I am not able to understand how and why this happens, so I canot replicate the problem. But I believe that there is something to do with the cache because it happened 3 times in the last month with an iphone 6 and it happens when the loading of the website is difficult.

    Is there something I can do to check how and why this happened?

    Possibly for some reason, the images failed to load from the server.
    This however is not related to W3 Total Cache but instead some temp issue with a slow server.
