That problem sounds pretty weird!
Like I was saying in the other thread I have going on with you, jQuery Masonry Image Gallery does not control the lightbox OR what image opens in the lightbox. The only thing my plugin does is inject css and js to transform a normal WordPress gallery layout into a Masonry image gallery layout.
Here is the demo site for my plugin that is using a Lightbox plugin and you will see that it’s working as intended: http://willrees.com/jquery-masonry-wordpress-gallery-plugin-demo/
I’m using the Carousel add-on that is bundled with JetPack.
The lightbox in your theme is controlled by Photobox.
I think the quickest way to resolve your issue is to contact your theme author and send them the same link you sent me. Also, make sure you mention that IF a featured image is present, then the lightbox image is off by 1. I think that is key to the issue.
Good luck!
Also, it looks you are currently running version 1.2 of your theme. The latest version of your theme is 1.4. Have you tried backing up and running the update to see if that fixes any of your issues?
Thanks!
Hey! I just checked out your site and it looks like it’s working as intended. Did the theme update fix the issue? Pretty curious about how this issue was resolved.
Thanks!
Hi!
Well, I created a small workaround before the theme is fixed 🙂 I simply removed the featured image from WP and added and hardcoded the picture to the top of the page manually… No rocketscience involved 😉
If you want to know, I will let you know once I get any response from the theme creator…
cheers
