Wrong Image Size being used

Some images are fine, but others seem to be inserting the wrong size image, although the Admin shows it correctly.

Not sure what’s causing that, but hoping for an easy fix.

The Admin shows the right size, but the output (and list of Announcements) shows a smaller size for some reason and I can’t figure out why.
