    Hello,

    I have an issue where sometimes a customer makes an order but they receive the wrong invoice? the details do not match up with the invoice sent. But when i manually download the pdf invoice on the woo orders dashboard it displays correct? Its just the email sent ones that sometimes dont?

    That sounds unusual, if the manually downloaded invoice looks correct but the one sent via email doesn’t, it could be due to caching or a timing issue where the email gets triggered before the order is fully updated.

    To help us investigate further, could you please:

    • Confirm if you’re using any caching plugins or SMTP/email delivery services?
    • Let us know whether this issue happens consistently or randomly?
    • Share the specific order number where this occurred, along with a screenshot of the incorrect invoice received via email?
    • Check your site’s WooCommerce > Status page and share the report.
    • Also, if possible, please check your site’s error_log for any recent related entries.

    This information will help us diagnose the issue more accurately.
