Were there any changes at your host? This part of Wordfence didn’t change recently, but this can happen if your host uses a reverse proxy (such as Varnish or nginx in certain setups), or if you use CloudFlare.

You will need to change the option “How does Wordfence get IPs” — more details are here:
    How does Wordfence get IPs

After choosing a setting, you should be able to verify that new visits come through with different IP addresses on the Live Traffic page. You can use a second browser that isn’t logged into your site, if you want to see traffic immediately (with the typical settings, you won’t be tracked on live traffic while logged in).

    Hi Matt,
Thanks for this. I completely forgot about that option.
    We indeed moved to Cloudlinux.
I have changed the option on my websites. I am sure it will be resolved now.

Thank you again for the support
