There is a WordPress site in English with the following plugins: WooCommerce, YITH Booking and Appointment, and WPML. For payments, the Stripe and MakeCommerce plugins are used. The site operates in three languages: Latvian (default), English, and Russian.

When a YITH booking is paid via Stripe, the “new booking” email to the user is translated correctly for all languages.

However, when paid via MakeCommerce, the email is correct in English and Russian, but on the Latvian version of the site, the email is sent in English.

All email string translations are correctly entered in WPML.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi!

    Thank you for the message!

We haven’t tested our plugin with YITH booking before so there is no official support for that. Did verify Latvian with WooCommerce and WPML just now, which seems to work as expected.

Could you please contact us on [email protected] so we can gather more information and take a closer look?

    Thanks!
