wrong links after restore

    Hi there,

    i just restored a backup to localhost.
    but however i dont see links like:
    site-url.de/?page_id=155
    but instead i see links that look like this:
    site-url.de/common_posts
    that link does of course not work.
    what went wrong when creating backups?

    thanx alot for you help, if i dont find a solution i have to switch to another backup-tool.

    ok, i dont know what was wrong, the links are now in text form but after switching off WordPress SEO plugin and on again, the site workes properly agian.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    So you’re site is fully restored? It could be that flushing your rewrite rules could have fixed the issue. WordPress SEO seems like the kind of plugin that might do this during one of its operations.

    Did you restore your site to the same domain?

    no i restored the site on a local webserver using xampp
