Hi,

On a fresh install of UM (WordPress 5.8.2), I went thru the registration process.
Once logged on with this new user account, I go for editing the account in order to request the deletion of the account.

After confirmation with the password, the following message is displayed: “A confirmation email has been sent to your email. Click the link within the email to confirm your export request.” Strange!
Note: There is a typo in the French translation of this sentence. So I’ve submitted a suggestion for change in WP Translation (French – France).

The same message is displayed when I request the download of my personal data. The message is OK in this case.

Hi @dgoethals

What’s the version of Ultimate Member you’re using? Could you please provide a video clip so we can see the issue? I tried deleting an account on the test site and it didn’t display that message – it deletes the user without any message.

Hi @champsupertramp,

It’s UM version 2.2.5.

The 1st part is for requesting the export of user’s data; the 2nd part for requesting the deletion of the account.

After having introduced the password and clicked on the buttons, a confirmation message is displayed. It’s the same message and it concerns only the export of data.
