Is the wrong amount on order or in the payment received on the payment gateway?
Note that the plugin requires a payment gateway that supports the currency:

In both. The currency is the same for all of our orders. The problem is that the pay for general price, not the price for its country.
Is Price based on the billing or the shipping country? Check if the order has the same shipping and billing country.

The price is based on shipping country but is the same in this case for billing and shipping.
I never got a similar issue when the order was placed on the checkout page.
What’s the product type?
What page did the customer use to place the order?
It’s hard to find the cause of the issue with so little information.
