Hello,

I’m having an issue with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
During the connection process, I carefully select the correct Pixel associated with my Facebook Business Manager. However, once the setup is complete, a different (wrong) Pixel is automatically connected to my WooCommerce store.

I’ve already tried:
- Resetting the connection
- Reinstalling the plugin
- Clearing caches (browser and site)
- Ensuring the correct permissions and assets are selected during setup
Yet, the wrong pixel keeps attaching itself automatically.

Could you please assist in forcing the correct Pixel to connect?

Hi Walid, thanks for reaching out!

Can you try the following:
- Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
- Disconnect from your page
- Change the wc_facebook_external_business_id value, (located at http://www.womensecret-dz.com/wp-admin/options.php) – you can just add a couple of characters to the end of the ID.
- Re-connect to the desired page/Pixel

- Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
- Disconnect from your page
