Wrong position

In regards the menu position, the click button is not part of the menu and sits over it in a fixed position.

The only way around this will be to add some custom CSS to your theme to add the correct padding to the container to bring it down.

In regards transparent backgrounds and borders this is the same as above, please use some custom CSS rules in your theme or the admin area to achieve this.
