Yes, you can achieve this result by using the Training Quiz addon.
Right after submitting the quiz, a quiz will be generated with the questions the users have answered incorrectly.

The plugin is very interesting, but I don’t know if it’s what I’m looking for.
My intention is to create a page where when the user enters he can make all the wrong answers to all the tests he has been doing.
If I’m not mistaken, with this add-on you can only answer the wrong questions in a specific test and after finishing, you cannot ask the wrong answers at another time. Is that so?

Yes, at the moment, unfortunately, there is no way to see the quiz with incorrect answers later on.
You can see the quiz with incorrectly answered questions only right after passing the quiz.
