wrong redirection after vote | ww.wp.xz.cn

i clicked following.
result -> vote -> select choice -> vote
it redirected me to “http://app.tv5.co.th/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” and print ‘0’ on screen.
how can i fix it
ps. “http://app.tv5.co.th/” is my website

1. Does it work on the default theme?
