Wrong reviews count

    Hello,

    I tried to turn on Trust Badges feature, but it shows x2 reviews than I actually have. 1886 instead of 943. The fun thing here is that it calculates reviews correctly on the separate page with the shortcode:

    I’m using WP 6.4.3, WC 8.3.1, Storefront, Customer Reviews for WooCommerce 5.39.1. Coud you please help with that?

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Please go to Reviews > Settings > Trust Badges tab > Save settings to count the reviews again. If it doesn’t help, please share your site URL where I can see the issue. I will help you to check this.

    As for the comments, I have 952 comments on the website.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

    Please share some screenshots (full screen) of:
    – Reviews page in the admin area to know the number of reviews on your site.
    – Settings page: Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder.

    I think there are some shop reviews and reviews of inactivate products, you can use this shortcode below to see how many reviews are displayed:

    It is almost the same everywhere, including the shortcode you’ve provided. But not in the trustbadge where it is x2.

    Not sure what is the issue there. You can try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to the standard theme of WordPress and go to Trust Badges setting again to see how it goes.
