Wrong shipping method title

Hi,

I’m using Flatrate per Country with 2 country rules and the Rest of the World rule.

However, if I rename my rules it doesn’t show them on the front end. It always takes the woocommerce_flatrate_percountry_shipping_method_title value and not the woocommerce_flatrate_percountry_per_country_1_txt from the database, which strangely say “Deutschland”. I have no idea where this value is coming from. My rules are named “International Delivery”, “Shipping Germany” and “Shipping EU excl. Germany”.
