The shortcode should be [ws-jobvite region="all"] instead of [jobvite region="all"] in case anyone gets tripped up. Documentation probably needs to be updated.

Can anyone tell me the reliability of this plugin for displaying my jobs on my website? How flexible is it? Can i control styling? Does it attach to CSS that I have on the site? etc.

What do you mean control styling. You can style using your on css files.
