I initially installed the trial on a subdomain of my live test site, then moved it to my site. I’ve now purchased the app–from the WP dash of the right site–but your dashboard indicates my test site, which I will soon delete and move to something local.

What do I need to do to correct this? I really don’t want to share my live testing environment to the world here, so I’m not adding that info.

Thank you! That worked until I tried to save…

Error: {"error_message":"Extra package is required for the server_response_combine option.","error_no":403}

There was some $5 extra package offered when I paid, but I didn’t add that–assuming it was optional.

We have found and fixed the issue with changing website URL in CleanTalk Dashboard. You may now save changes without the error.
