    Hi,

The table on my page is too large. It goes beyond the designated container into the sidebar (Widget area). This makes a section of the table unusable. Can anyone help?

I am using tablepress on GeneratePress theme (free version).

    Thanks in advance

    Baris

By block area I meant container 🙂

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
Also, sorry for the late reply. I was very busy with personal life, so that I could not reply earlier.

This is the classical problem of making HTML tables responsive on small screens. Please see https://tablepress.org/extensions/responsive-tables/ for some ideas.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi Tobias,

Thanks for returning back to me. I understand the lack of time you have.

I tried the flip mode. Having said before you sent this plugin I put in a CSS code for responsiveness for mobiles which seems to work. I don’t; have issues with mobile screens. The issue is on desktop screens. The table is larger than the container it is on. And the button isn’t working.

Here is the link for the page. https://needwizard.com/best-garbage-disposal-of-2022/

    Please help.

    Thanks

    Hi,

The table content is too large for the container, that’s why it’s overflowing.
It’s still the issue of responsiveness, even if not on small screens… Right now, I don’t see a mode for responsiveness in use for this table.

And what button do you mean? The “View on Amazon” buttons are links which are working for me.

    Regards,
    Tobias
