Wrong status when customer complete the payment

Hi,
I have problem with quickpay plugin, about 10% of orders have wrong status even the customer complete his payment. Essentially customers stuck on “awaiting payment” and I don’t get email about the order being recived. I think problem appear after update to woocommerce from 3.2.x to 3.4.2 (quickpay plugin is in 4.9.4 version).
