Wrong time shown in front end

I have calendar with setting which thus far has worked fine this week. Only today we found out that a certain time slot had shifted half an hour in the front end. That time was also used to create the actual booking. After some fiddling around making bookings and deleting them the problem seems to have disappeared. I have tried reproducing the problem both in this calendar and a copy by filling slots to the max but no result. Any idea how this could have happened? Here are my settings:
